Yes. All our products are 100% vegan: no ingredients of animal origin (no honey, beeswax, keratin or animal collagen).
And of course, we do not conduct any animal testing, in accordance with European regulations.
Our formulas are vegan, made with over 95% naturally derived ingredients, and comply with Cosmetic Regulation (EC) No. 1223/2009. They are developed to be safe and respectful of all hair and skin types.
Every skin reacts differently: we advise you to check the list of ingredients and perform a test on a small area before first use.
Some products are not recommended during this period due to their concentration of essential oils: DETOX STICK SHAMPOO, VEGAN SCALP POTION, VEGAN DETOX MASK, as well as the VEGAN HYDRATION SHAMPOO.
However, the BABY SHAMPOO & BODY WASH has been specially formulated to suit pregnant women, new mothers and babies. For the rest of the range, even though our formulas are natural and vegan, some may contain essential oils (particularly through fragrance).
We therefore advise you to seek the advice of your doctor before use.

To ensure you receive your CUT BY FRED products as quickly as possible, your order will be processed immediately upon confirmation. If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at help@cutbyfred.com.
You can return or exchange a CUT BY FRED product within 14 days of the date of receipt.
The product must be unopened, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. For more details, please see our Terms and Conditions of Sale.
We prepare your order the same day (or the next day if it was placed late). It is then handed over to the chosen carrier. Delivery time depends on the service selected at checkout.
Depending on the progress of your CUT BY FRED order, it may still be possible to change your delivery address. Contact us as soon as possible by email at help@cutbyfred.com so we can update your information before shipment.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number to follow the progress of your CUT BY FRED package. Depending on the carrier chosen, you can also view the tracking information directly on their platform.
If you receive a defective, broken, or incomplete product, please contact us immediately at help@cutbyfred.com. Include your order number and, if possible, attach photos of the product in question so we can resolve your issue quickly.
